We’re excited to welcome Dr Sam to our team as our very own in-house orthopaedic surgeon.
Dr Sam graduated in 2006 and has recently relocated to Tasmania with his family. He holds a Membership in Small Animal Surgery and brings extensive experience, with a particular passion for orthopaedic procedures including fracture repair and TPLO surgeries.
Dr Sam is now accepting referrals for surgical cases, helping us provide advanced care locally for our patients and their families.
To support pet owners facing difficult decisions, Dr Sam will be offering free second-opinion surgical consultations until the end of June. We understand that deciding on surgery for your pet can feel overwhelming—there are often multiple options, varying costs, and important welfare considerations to weigh up. Having access to a second opinion can provide clarity, reassurance, and confidence that you’re making the best possible choice for your pet.
